Head over to Wal-Mart.com and search for "holiday gift set." There are many sets for $9 now that you can choose from. Make sure a free Allure or other magazine subscription is offered.
Once you get your order, keep your receipt and fill out the form here and send it in for a $12 refund if you decline to get the magazine subscription. Go here to read how to submit for it. They are also available in stores or at Target in stores.
