Did you know Sam's club offers FREE health screenings each month? And you don't have to be a member to take advantage of this!
Click here to view the schedule and read about which states don't participate. I'd call your local Sam's club beforehand to make sure they're doing it. This month the screening is June 14th, and targeted towards Men's health. (Women's health is October).
They'll be testing PSA, Glucose, total Cholesterol, HDL (good cholesterol), risk ratio, blood pressure, body fat ratio and vision!
